Helen Rae Lantrip

	Mrs. Helen Rae Lantrip, age 90, of Carbondale and formerly of DuQuoin, died Sunday morning at 6:20 a.m. in the Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
	She was born May 7, 1911 in Williamson County, the daughter of Thomas and Mae George Rogers.  She was married to Guy Lantrip who preceded her in death.
	Mrs. Lantrip had been a Hospital Dietician and attended Grace Untied Methodist Church in Carbondale.
	Survivors include four grandchildren:  Kay Lynn Eckiss and her husband Ron Eckiss of Carbondale, Jill Booker and her husband Bruce Booker of Carbondale, Keith David Goffinet and his wife Debbi of Acworth, Ga. and Andrew Goffinet and his wife Rhonda of Hurst; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Goffinet and by several brothers and sisters.
	Funeral services were Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Crain Funeral Home Pleasant Grove Chapel in Murphysboro with Rev. Larry Gilbert officiating.  Interment followed in Blairsville Cemetery.
	Friends called after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Crain Funeral Home Pleasant Grove Chapel.
	Memorials were suggested for Grace United Methodist Church Building Fund.
